Due to our growing business activities, we are immediately seeking a Business Development Representative.
What you’ll do
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the driving force behind commercial growth. You support the sales team by actively identifying new market opportunities, reaching out to potential customers, and warming up the first contact. With your energy and curiosity, you know how to ask the right questions and map out the needs of prospects. You are the first step in the customer journey and play a key role in the success of the organization.
You will report to the SVP of Sales and work in an international environment, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales team across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads via email, phone, LinkedIn, and (online) events
- Research market segments and identify potential customers
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing
- Record and follow up on all customer interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales approach
Required skills
- You have a bachelor’s degree or proven experience in a commercial role
- Affinity with IT, digital transformation, or software solutions
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- You are proactive, results-driven, and not easily discouraged
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce)
