Development Manager

Due to the growth of our organization,
we are looking for a Development Manager.

Required skills

• Design, Development, and Delivery of products/projects.
• Participate in presales activities & requirement gathering activities.
• Should be hands-on and should be able to coach and mentor the team.
• Manage the team for smooth delivery of projects/ project deliverables on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Review the various ongoing projects and recommend areas of improvement.
• Share best practices that will help in increasing the overall efficiency of the project.
• Designing scalable architecture systems for Java-based applications.
•  4+ years of experience in building cloud applications using Serverless / Microservices architecture.
• Expertise knowledge and experience in Core Java (Principles and Implementation).
• Have 10+ years of experience in development and delivery with Java 8 or above.
  Expertise in frameworks like Spring, and Google Cloud SDK.
• Sound knowledge of database integration with Hibernate or any other ORMs.
• Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the Java environment.
• Have experience with any SQL & No-SQL databases (MySQL/MariaDB/SQL).
• Server/Postgres/Oracle, HBase/Cassandra/MongoDB.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Containerization (Docker with Kubernetes or any orchestrator).
• Knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
