Financial Administrative Assistant

we are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant.

What you’ll do
As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible, together with a team of 3 employees, for the financial administration. You will build a well-running administrative process together with us. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that everything is booked and processed to report to our management monthly. In this role, you report to the corporate controller.
Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable management
- Preparing invoices for project administration
- Ensuring complete and accurate administration (checking and managing general ledger accounts)
- Preparing periodic reports (monthly report, liquidity statements, and budget)
- Preparing balance sheets for the annual accounts
- Contributing to the optimization of processes and systems
- Working with the corporate controller on our financial projects
- Processing incoming mail and other administrative tasks
Required skills
- A financial education at least at the MBO level
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Passion for numbers and data
- Preferably knowledge of the AFAS software package
- Accuracy, analytical skills, independence, assertiveness, and perseverance
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Living within a 50 km radius of Putten (Gelderland)
