Technical Trainer

Due to the growth of our organization,
we are looking for a Technical Trainer.

What you’ll do

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Trainer to educate people about Rappit’s Suite of Products. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to employees, partners, and customers of Rappit. Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects clearly and interestingly.

Responsibilities

• Devise technical training programs for Rappit’s suite of products.
• Prepare training schedules and classroom agenda.
• Determine course content according to objectives.
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, video tutorials (kind of hands-on tutorials).
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops, etc. in groups or individually.
• Collect feedback, keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
• Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
• Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
• Setup/build self-learn tutorials, knowledge base portals.

Required skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software training, development, or support.
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
• Experience developing e-learning courses.
• Experience with any Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Degree in a relevant technical field.
• Hands-on experience in Java, Hibernate, and Spring Boot for building sample applications.
• Good to have: Knowledge of Database, UI Programming (any JS framework like Angular).
