UX Designer

What you’ll do

Do you obsess over crafting intuitive experiences that delight users? Join our passionate team as a UX Designer! We’re seeking a full-time, skilled UX Designer to collaborate with us in driving customer satisfaction through user interactions.

As a UX Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of customer applications developed using our innovative products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with customers and users to understand user needs;
• Translate needs into engaging and user-friendly solutions;
• Collaborating closely with the development team to maximise the user experience;
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively;
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs;
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Required skills

• HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in the software industry;
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Suite;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• A portfolio showcasing your design projects and problem-solving skills;
• Dutch or another European language as an advantage.
